Not like normal sock material, it’s very thin and stretchy, as the description says it is polyester (and thin too), they’re also pretty cold, like colder than just not wearing them). Good news is it’ll fit pretty much any leg width or height (I stretched mine all the way up my thigh and they almost looked like weird yoga pants lmao) but they’ll roll down no matter what which is annoying (unless you use a garter probably) I like the design tho.
