Return & Refund Policy
We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. “Contact Us” to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return.
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on for return.
- You may return all products within 30 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. Fan Choice reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit,lingerie,bodysuits, swimwear,jewelry,mask and accessories.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt. Pickups for all authorized returns with Fan Choice’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received.Only send to the address that our customer service provided. If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact with us and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by Fan Choice.
- If you don’t receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
- Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item is available. Please note that an item can only be exchanged once. Any customs fees for the shipment of a new size are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
- If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue – typically just a photo or two – and you may be required to return the item.
- Please follow attentively all given instructions. Items that will not match Fan Choice’s return policy will not be taken into consideration and will send back to the customer at his own cost.
- Fan Choice reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website.
- In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
- If an unauthorized return is accepted, Fan Choice will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
