At Fan Choice, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
- Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
- It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
- It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
- If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order ,then we can ship it in one day.
- Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach destination countries.
- Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
- Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
- Usually it takes about 30-90 days to some countries ,We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy
- Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
